Lily Colby, Esq. is the founder of the National Network for Foster Sibling Connections and With Lived Experience. With Lived Experience, is aimed at helping individuals and community groups change systems they've been impacted by. Lily has lived experience as a foster youth, former kinship and former foster parent. She served as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at the Youth Law Center and the National Center for Youth Law, and currently sits on the board of Legal Services for Children. She has worked on policy and program change at the state and federal levels. Lily has also provided training and consultation services to lawyers, judges, and non-profit leaders. Lily received her Bachelors in Economics and her law degree from Berkeley Law. For fun you'll find her on hiking trails with her dog or strategizing over the boardgame table.

Tina has had decades of experience in scholarship program development, program management, student support and executive/personal assistance. Tina has a passion for coaching foster youth and other underrepresented populations as they navigate adulthood, the postsecondary education system, and the workplace and strive to achieve professional and personal success. Tina loves her children, her baby grandson, her animals, and especially the students (chickadees) she's mentored over the years.

Rebecca has a passion for combining math and technology with art, design, and creativity: she has been the student team leader of the Mill Valley Rube Goldberg team, a mentor with Reaching Out With Robotics, the founder of Tam High STEMinists club, the founder of RebeccaDesigns.biz, her own sewing and jewelry ecommerce store, and has created many websites. She’s super excited to use her love for tech and design as part of the With Lived Experience team.
